The Forbes/Curtis exhibit “1000 Words or More“, is off the ground and the wheels are up . . . a bit of info from my CV . . .

My professional experience in museum exhibit design includes “repackaging” of the Shi Nomura collection at the Eastern California Museum; R&D for an exhibit of the Manzanar Relocation Center photographs of Toyo Miyatake, and installation of the completed exhibit at the aforementioned facility; consultant to the Cleveland Museum of Natural History for an exhibit of Owens Valley Paiute and Shoshone basketry; consultant to the Natural History Museum of Los Angeles County, for an exhibit of Forbes photographs, located in the Museum’s Seaver Center for Western History Research; worked as a short-term consultant at the Southwest Museum, selecting artifacts in the Museum’s collections, for a proposed exhibit of California Indian utilitarian and ceremonial items at the Autry National Center, Los Angeles, California.
