Sometimes I buy a t-shirt, and later wonder why I got it . . . don’t like the graphics, or it’s too political, s-o-o-o I either throw it away or modify it, in this case I did the latter . . . got out the spray bottle of bleach, and some red, black, and white spray paint.
Here’s the result . . .
Went from blah to a rag with a bit of character . . . bleach on dark colored fabric will give a wide range of hues depending on the original color. This shirt was a sort of gray olive green – gulag green – and the bleach produced a gray-green, and a funky desert tan. If you dump bleach on denim, you will get varying hues of blue to almost white.
