. . . all dese pics with the iPod Touch mounted in the OWLE camera thing . . . the OWLE gives GREAT stability to the iPhone/iPod Touch camera . . . AND the OWLE provides a wide angle lens (37mm) as well as a macro lens as options . . . I use them together for close-ups and a higher resolution on the pre-5 mpx cameras (iPod Touch 4G and the iPad 2) – saves switching lenses.

I used to be a real Hipstamatic freak, but since I downloaded the 6X6 camera app, I’m using the square format almost exclusively, using PhotoForge 2 and Pixlr-o-matic for FX and image mods . . . Hipstamatic has too many film/lens options . . .

The Hipsta app is O.K. for doing a series of photos . . .
I prefer the “darkroom-like” options of Pixlr and PhotoForge for more controlled “atmospherics” . . .
